Meet Founder and Managing Partner Casey Silveria

Casey Silveria comes from a family farm in Caldwell, Idaho, focusing on corn, wheat, beans, and alfalfa seed. He understands the intricacies of hard work and determination. These values inspired him to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Idaho and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Boise State University.

With a significant background in financial management and investing, Casey's vision for Farmers Capital Group is to guide fellow farmers toward economic growth. He offers agricultural professionals the opportunity to invest in tax-advantaged, diverse ventures, ensuring a top-notch investor experience every step of the way.

Casey excels in strategic planning, communication, and financial analysis. His drive stems from a genuine passion to support and empower others, forging connections through sincere conversations and shared future goals.

When he's not steering Farmers Capital Group towards new horizons, Casey can travel, embrace outdoor adventures, and sample culinary delights from new restaurants. His infectious humor adds a touch of warmth to any interaction. Under Casey's leadership, Farmers Capital Group is set on providing farmers with the necessary tools and knowledge to cultivate a prosperous future for generations to come.

Meet Kelly Chadd, Co-Owner of Interlock Storage

Kelly's upbringing in a small Idaho town instilled a strong desire to help others, further fueled by his admiration for firefighters' heroism after 9/11. As a result, he began his firefighting career in 2002. Over the past two decades, Kelly has worked tirelessly to serve his community, rising through the ranks to become a Captain with the fire department.

While firefighting has been a fulfilling and successful career for Kelly, he has always been eager to expand his horizons. So, during his downtime, he pursued his interest in real estate and self-storage by researching properties, listening to podcasts, and attending conferences. Kelly ultimately decided to start Interlock Storage with his cousin, Casey.

Kelly's years of experience as a firefighter has given him a unique perspective on running an organization, assessing risk, and leading teams. He has continuously improved his skills in forming teams to execute the mission while furthering their community. His skillsets enable him to pull together folks to create win-win scenarios and further the lives of sellers, investors, and employees through real estate.

He is excited about the future and the potential for the growth of Interlock Storage. Kelly is a shining example of how dedication and hard work can lead to pursuing new passions at any stage of life.
