Is Farmers Capital Group reserved for only Agriculture-based investors?
We allow all investors who share our core values in the group. We also accept high net worth, family offices, and institutions.
What is a syndication?
A syndication is an investment vehicle, most commonly an LLC, where passive investors, or Limited Partners (LP), pool capital to achieve economies of scale while the Operators and Sponsors, or General Partners (GP) manage the asset’s business plan and life cycle.
Who can invest?
Opportunities are reserved for accredited investors who individually earn more than $200,000/YR ($300,000, joint) for each of the last two years and expect to reasonably maintain the same level of income or have a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with his or her spouse. How is FCG different from 'turnkey' investment opportunities?
We invest alongside our investors to directly purchase real estate and are compensated based on business plan execution. We don’t offer opportunities to our investors that we wouldn’t invest in ourselves.
